As founder of Future4200, Dustin built one of extraction’s earliest and most influential technical communities.

Future4200 became a place where extraction pioneers, equipment manufacturers, operators, scientists, and innovators could connect, share information, troubleshoot problems, and advance many of the technologies and processes that helped shape modern extraction.

Now, Dustin brings that experience to Solvent Direct as Chief Technology Officer with his team at UMB Advisors.

His focus will be on using technology to better connect SD clients with leading equipment, technical resources, expertise, and innovation—helping extractors find solutions faster and operate more effectively.

Lejen Lotspeich: Building Better Filtration Media for Extractors

Lejen Lotspeich has been at the forefront of extraction filtration media and process optimization, helping develop some of the industry’s most recognized media technology.

As Director of Filtration Development, Lejen will lead Solvent Direct’s filtration media research and development programs.

His experience extends beyond simply developing products. Lejen understands how media selection, filtration strategy, and process decisions affect real-world extraction performance, consistency, throughput, quality, and cost.

That expertise is now being applied directly to the SD filtration media line.
