AT SOLVENT DIRECT, PURITY IS OUR PRIORITY™
Solvent Direct was built for the industry, by the industry. Supplying ultra high purity (UHP) gases engineered specifically for extraction to our friends and family is a commitment we take seriously.
Using Gas Chromatography and 3 Phase Cylinder Decontamination, we maintain purity standards you just won't find anywhere else.
Use your cylinder serial number to confirm purity with our easy to use step by step process below.

WHAT IS GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY?
Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) combines two powerful techniques to provide the identification of compounds with low detection limits and the potential for quantitative analysis.
Learn more about how we use Gas Chromatography and 3 Phase Cylinder Decontamination to prevent toxic mystery oil and maintain the highest purity standards engineered specifically for extraction here.
WHAT IS 3 PHASE CYLINDER DECONTAMINATION™?
To avoid the risks of industrial handling standards which do not require cylinder decontamination to maintain compliance, Solvent Direct has stepped up the game with 3 Phase Decontamination Cleanings to meet and exceed medical standards for the extraction industry.
HOW DO YOU KNOW?
Every cylinder is sealed and certified with a Certificate of Decontamination signed by a Hydrocarbon Technician who performed the 3 Phase Decontamination and safety check before refilling your cylinder.
LAB SUPPLY YOU CAN TRUST. DOCUMENTS YOU CAN RELY ON.
CERTIFICATE OF DECONTAMINATION (COD)
With both a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the gas and a Certificate of Decontamination for the Cylinder with matching serial numbers signed off by a certified hazmat technician, you can rest assured your clean gas has not been compromised by a dirty cylinder.
HOW FULL IS YOUR TANK?
Butane, Propane and Isobutane have different densities and while industrial propane suppliers have only been filling LP 239 cylinders to 100 lbs for many years, here at Solvent Direct we fill all cylinders to the maximum allowable capacity per Federal DOT regulations.
For instance our Butane cylinders are filled to 120 lbs and our 70/30 cylinders are filled to 114 lbs. By filling to the maximum allowable quantity we reduce your overall cost of hazmat fees and transportation fees.

EXTRACTION GASES DELIVERED
Solvent Direct specializes in the same and next day delivery of compliant UHP Grade 99.5%+ and typically testing at 99.75%+ impurity free hydrocarbon gases sourced right here in the United States.
Free of mystery oil and other harmful contaminates, our hydrocarbon gas meets and exceeds even the most rigorous FDA, FSA and compliance standards.
